I have officially sent in my chickeny shroom pattie recipe into food network. if i win i get to go to new york and present the recipe on the food network and a chance at 10,000 dollars. i almost had an axiety attack when i pushed the button to send it in. so wish me luck, it's just so exciting to share with the outside world something i created.
