I wasn't thinking...

So to add to my previous blog of how I don't like small talk with people... well, i guess i wasn't thinking. Because, i have been applying to like everywhere, all online. they have these attitude questions, well it's all about how you interact around people and crowds. well,. i am going to make a point to be more positve and smily around people i don't know and enjoy this small talk. maybe it will help me get a reall job.. ya know.

what i know is the fact that i have some anxiety issues sometimes, ive realized that if i make an effort to just say hi or smile at people, it helps it go away, and people are nice back. sometimes even just a smile can go a long ways, and i feel better about shit when i make an effort, even when i think its difficult sometimes

Yeah it can be helpful to be nice and make small talk with the whole job thing. Even if you hate people and want nothing to do with them, most jobs expect you to just suck it up and be tolerant. Hooray customer service! Poop! And yeah, it is a good way to grow your social skills and feel more comfortable around new people. I am quite timid but i can usually strike up a conversation with anyone quite easily, people are fairly easy to read, and the majority of them appreciate kindness. And if all else fails there's always "how about this weather we've been having, eh, eh?"
